Founded in 1863 by the Uniting Church, the College has more than 2,000 students across 5 vibrant campuses from their Early Learning Centre through to Year 12. In 2026, Newington will enter an exciting new phase as the College transitions to co-education starting with Kindergarten and Grade Five, becoming fully co-educational by 2033.
About the Role:
Based in Stanmore on a full-time basis, we are seeking an organised and proactive P&C Coordinator to join the P&C function. You will support a wide range of administrative and recruitment functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the P&C department.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating employment documentation including contracts, letters, and compliance checks.
- Supporting recruitment processes: scheduling interviews, posting job ads, managing candidate communication, and updating records.
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for staff.
- Supporting the P&C Business Partners with managing the HR inbox and escalating complex matters as required.
- Maintaining accurate systems and records to ensure HR compliance.
- Contributing to ad hoc projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
To be successful for this opportunity you will bring:
- A highly organised & proactive work style.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and experience in providing administrative support across all aspects.
- Excellent systems, reporting & Excel skills.
- 2 years + in a similar HR Coordination or Administration role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with customer centric approach.
