The Opportunity:
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the People & Culture Coordinator provides responsive, high-quality advisory and administrative support to leaders and staff across the employee lifecycle.
This is a broad generalist role with a strong operational focus, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a service-driven environment. Travel between campuses is a regular and expected component of the position

HR Administration
You are practical, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in an environment where processes are evolving. You enjoy improving how things work and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality HR support.
You're confident managing core HR administration independently and are ready to grow your capability within a broader People & Culture function.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Manage onboarding documentation and HRIS entries
- Review and update templates and policies
- Administer HRIS (UKG experience advantageous)
- Support optimisation of recruitment, LMS and forms modules
- Assist with system improvements and process enhancements
- Track and report on training compliance
- Coordinate flu vaccinations and safety training
- Support compliance initiatives and documentation
- Support training programs and learning initiatives
- Assist with process improvement projects
- Provide administrative support for an upcoming EBA process

qualifications
- 1-2 years' HR administration experience
- Foundational HR knowledge
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to simplify processes and drive efficiencies
- Relevant HR qualification desirable (not essential)
