    This is an opportunity to join a respected and values-led organisation in a pivotal operational P&C role supporting a designated client group.

    The Opportunity:

    Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, the People & Culture Coordinator provides responsive, high-quality advisory and administrative support to leaders and staff across the employee lifecycle.

    This is a broad generalist role with a strong operational focus, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a service-driven environment. Travel between campuses is a regular and expected component of the position

    Key Responsibilities: 

    HR Administration

    • Prepare and manage employment contracts and documentation
    • Maintain accurate employee records
    • Manage onboarding documentation and HRIS entries
    • Review and update templates and policies
    HRIS & Systems
    • Administer HRIS (UKG experience advantageous)
    • Support optimisation of recruitment, LMS and forms modules
    • Assist with system improvements and process enhancements
    Compliance & Safety
    • Track and report on training compliance
    • Coordinate flu vaccinations and safety training
    • Support compliance initiatives and documentation
    Projects
    • Support training programs and learning initiatives
    • Assist with process improvement projects
    • Provide administrative support for an upcoming EBA process
    About You  

    You are practical, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in an environment where processes are evolving. You enjoy improving how things work and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality HR support.

    You're confident managing core HR administration independently and are ready to grow your capability within a broader People & Culture function.
    qualifications
    • 1-2 years' HR administration experience
    • Foundational HR knowledge
    • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
    • Ability to simplify processes and drive efficiencies
    • Relevant HR qualification desirable (not essential)
