    • Based in Sydney’s Inner-West, on-site parking
    • Growth-focused, multi-site business
    • $75K–$80K + super (depending on experience)
    You’ll be joining a well-established small HR team, supporting a GM of HR and HR Manager, with all HR administration and coordination support across the full employee lifecycle. From managing the HR inbox and systems to supporting initiatives and projects, you’ll be the go-to contact for day-to-day HR queries.

    This role offers broad exposure across HR operations and is ideal for someone looking to build on foundational skills in a commercial environment.

    To be successful, you will have: 
    • Prior HR admin or coordination experience of at least 1 to 2 years. 
    • Experience in fast-moving, service-driven environments
    • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
    • Energetic, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
    • Tech-savvy, with strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Naturally service-oriented with the ability to influence and engage
    • Ability to work at pace, high attention to detail, and able to handle competing priorities. 
    You’ll report to a highly experienced and approachable People & Culture Manager who will support your development as you grow in the role.
