  • This is an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Manager to join an organisation experiencing growth and passionate about the role it plays in its community. Leading the People & Culture team, you will partner with the Leadership Team to design and embed People & Culture strategies that will drive organisational performance, culture and engagement. 

    Reporting into a highly respected People & Culture Leader and leading a small team you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of the People & Culture Strategy with a key focus on driving process improvement, engagement and leadership capability. 

    This role will see you partnering with the leadership team and key stakeholders to develop and drive tailored people & culture strategies and operational process solutions; provide trusted advice on policy, operational frameworks to support the overall organisation goals. You will develop, implement, and embed key strategic solutions around employee retention, attraction, performance and learning and capability. 

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-credentialed People & Culture Leader to make a significant impact on the overall organisation. You must impress as approachable, authentic, commercial, emotionally mature with sound judgment and a solutions focus. To be successful for this role you will also bring: 

    • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent; 
    • Broad generalist skill-set including strong experience with people & culture strategy design, talent acquisition, talent management, EVP, culture & engagement and remuneration & benefits;
    • Previous experience leading a small People & Culture team;
    • Demonstrated experience in medium to large-sized businesses across Healthcare, Aged Care, Not-for-profit or aligned industries;
    • Ability to think and operate commercially as well as a willingness to operate at the transactional level;
    • Exceptional business partnering approach and consultative influencing style;
    • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
