Are you looking to work for a major global brand in a multi-site entertainment-related industry?
This is a newly created People Experience Manager, contract until November.
Located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, offering hybrid working from home. Preference will be given to the right candidate who can start immediately.
Reporting to the CPO, you will be working across the strategic and operational HR agender, within a small established HR team, and will be partnering with key leaders to revamp the People & Culture function, in a new entity, that's part of a well-known larger entity, which will require you to lead a small HR team, uplift capability, performance, and engagement.
You will operate in a true generalist capacity and offer proactive solutions. You will demonstrate the ability to work between strategic and operational initiatives that are impactful and commercially aligned.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong HR generalist background and demonstrated experience working in both small and larger-sized companies, with strong branded organisations within your career.
You will ideally have come from other related industries. You will have exceptional HR build skills, able to navigate complex organisations in fast-paced environments. You would have experience in implementing an HRIS system. You will have strong leadership experience will be key, along with your superior stakeholder management skills and being able to influence positive outcomes.
Your confidence in navigating the full employee lifecycle will be crucial to your success, as will a solid background in employee capability, engagement, Australian Legislation and ER skills, and performance management.
Experience working in the entertainment-related industry is essential. This is a down-to-earth industry that suits a grounded, pragmatic, hands-on HR leader to identify and build the best people solutions that enable business success in a deadline-driven industry.
