    About the Role
    As People Operations & Insights Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading core HR operations including driving systems, processes and data that enable people excellence and decision-making. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll lead a small team including payroll, talent acquisition and HR coordination. This role is central to shaping how the People function delivers, building trust and improving service delivery internally.

    Key areas of responsibility include:

    • Remuneration and benefits strategy and delivery
    • Oversight of HRIS and people analytics
    • Payroll and policy governance
    • Vendor and systems management
    • Team coaching and development
    This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong operational focus, but with significant influence in shaping team culture, capability and effectiveness.

    About You
    You’re an experienced People Operations or HR Services leader with a natural ability to bring structure, calm and rigour to your work. Comfortable leading systems and process-heavy environments, you combine operational excellence with people-first leadership. You bring:
    • Strong expertise in HR operations, payroll oversight and policy frameworks
    • Confidence using HRIS systems and interpreting people data
    • Experience with remuneration frameworks and job evaluation methodologies
    • A calm, thoughtful and consistent leadership style
    • A genuine alignment to purpose-led work, with the commercial mindset to navigate budget and complexity

    This is role is based in Melbourne CBD and have a hybrid working arrangement.
