Join a nationally respected multisite organisation as a People Partner. In this newly refined position, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, drive strategy delivery, and champion a high-performance workforce culture. The role offers scope and autonomy, enabling strategy implementation, shaping impactful People & Culture programs, and building environments where teams thrive.
 Key Responsibilities 
- Lead the implementation of People & Culture strategy with your client group to foster collaboration and positive engagement.
- Champion values-led change, driving initiatives to improve performance and organisational climate.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, inspiring your team with a strong commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert guidance across employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
- Work closely with functional leaders and cross-disciplinary partners on both central projects and tailored local initiatives.
- Advise on complex employee relations, change management, and compliance while delivering robust reporting and data insights.
- Maintain a safe workplace environment and uphold wellbeing through a positive, proactive approach to legislative and risk compliance.
You will be an experienced HR professional with a record of partnering with senior leadership in complex, growing environments. You will be confident in building relationships and communicating with influence.
Key to this role is being versed in Australian ER/IR frameworks, enterprise agreements and modern awards, with well-developed judgement and integrity.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated HR experience in mid-large organisations.
- Flexibility to travel interstate as needed.
