  • We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on People & Performance Manager to help shape an environment where people flourish. This role is not your traditional HR position — it’s at the heart of growth, culture, and capability development.

    You will partner with leaders to drive a happy, engaged, safe, and values-led workplace. Your work will directly impact performance, talent attraction, and team growth.     About You
    • Experienced in people & culture roles, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments
    • Knowledgeable in Australian employment law and Awards
    • Skilled in partnering with leaders to coach, challenge, and enable performance
    • Passionate about creating workplaces where teams thrive
    • Systematic and process-driven, with a love of building scalable solutions
    • Values-led, authentic, and trusted by colleagues
    • Bonus: experience in regional/agricultural industries or supporting a distributed workforce
    What You’ll Do
    • Build high-performing, engaged, values-led teams with leaders
    • Lead strategies across the employee lifecycle: attraction, onboarding, development, progression, retention
    • Champion a values-led culture in all people processes
    • Shape the Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent
    • Drive initiatives that promote inclusion, wellbeing, engagement, and excellence
    • Provide confident, compliant, and compassionate employee relations support
    • Own core people processes, including remuneration, benefits, awards interpretation, and policy development
    • Support graduate and leadership development programs
    • Lead strategic projects to evolve people and performance practices
