About You
- Experienced in people & culture roles, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments
- Knowledgeable in Australian employment law and Awards
- Skilled in partnering with leaders to coach, challenge, and enable performance
- Passionate about creating workplaces where teams thrive
- Systematic and process-driven, with a love of building scalable solutions
- Values-led, authentic, and trusted by colleagues
- Bonus: experience in regional/agricultural industries or supporting a distributed workforce
- Build high-performing, engaged, values-led teams with leaders
- Lead strategies across the employee lifecycle: attraction, onboarding, development, progression, retention
- Champion a values-led culture in all people processes
- Shape the Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent
- Drive initiatives that promote inclusion, wellbeing, engagement, and excellence
- Provide confident, compliant, and compassionate employee relations support
- Own core people processes, including remuneration, benefits, awards interpretation, and policy development
- Support graduate and leadership development programs
- Lead strategic projects to evolve people and performance practices
