  • The Opportunity

    Step into a role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on impact. As People Support Manager, you’ll lead a team central to a People & Culture function, driving the transition to a tiered service delivery model that enhances efficiency, accountability, and the employee experience.

    You’ll shape policies, refine processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you’ll ensure consistent, aligned, and innovative People & Culture services that make a real difference every day.

    The Role

    • Lead and develop the People Support team, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
    • Drive the shift to a tiered service delivery model, defining SLAs, KPIs, and performance measures.
    • Collaborate across People & Culture and wider teams to ensure seamless, consistent service delivery.
    • Oversee triage, resolution, and escalation of People & Culture enquiries with efficiency and compliance.
    • Champion process improvement, policy refinement, and innovation to enhance operations.
    • Provide expert guidance on People & Culture governance, compliance, payroll, and industrial frameworks.
    • Monitor and report on service metrics to support continuous improvement.
    About You
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-focused People & Culture function within a large or complex organisation.
    • Proven experience leading operational or service delivery teams, including tiered support functions.
    • Strong knowledge of People & Culture processes, payroll (Chris21 preferred), HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors preferred), and Time & Attendance systems (Humanforce preferred).
    • Track record in process improvement, service optimisation, and compliance.
    • Exceptional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, Payroll, or related field are preferred.
