    We’re partnering with an ASX-listed mining company entering a major growth phase — doubling headcount across exploration, technical services, mining, and corporate functions. As our Project Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of this journey, leading end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensuring hiring decisions are smart, strategic, and values-aligned.

    Working closely with senior leadership, including the Chief of Staff and CFO, this role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic oversight — a rare opportunity to help shape the workforce of a high-performing, values-driven organisation.
      
    About the role:

    • Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment across technical, field, and corporate functions.
    • Support in establishing and evolving the recruitment process and overall framework that is best practice and fit for purpose.
    • Draft compelling job ads, manage candidate communications, and schedule interviews.
    • Support offer processes, documentation, and approvals with key executives.
    • Proactively source and map talent in technical disciplines including geology, mining, and technical services.
    • Build and maintain robust pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and community engagement.
    • Support the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate data.
    • Ensure consistent use of Predictive Index (PI) assessments for technical and senior hires.
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring timely updates and high-quality candidate flow.
    • Create a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
    • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support onboarding and collect new-hire feedback.
      
    About you:
    • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and corporate functions.
    • Strong sourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and maintain high standards of process integrity.
    • Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics/reporting.
    • A strong understanding of what makes a great candidate experience.
