Based in their North Sydney office, in this role you will be responsible for day to day BAU as well as getting involved in a variety of Rem & Ben projects. About the Role:
You will combine strong analytics and reward expertise with a personable, curious approach — confidently partnering with leaders, educating stakeholders, and owning deliverables end‑to‑end.
You will play a pivotal role within the team & will be responsible for:
- Lead Mercer position evaluations and re‑evaluations
- Own and deliver reporting
- Support and administer incentive programs
- Manage annual remuneration review cycles
- Support Enterprise Agreement costings and modelling
- Maintain accurate position descriptions and award alignment
- Deliver high‑quality remuneration insights
- Educate stakeholders on reward, lifecycle and compensation practices
- Operate comfortably in a lean, high‑impact environment where flexibility is key
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience in remuneration and benefits (3-5+ years)
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills
- Mercer and salary benchmarking experience highly regarded
- Enterprise Agreement costing and award knowledge is advantageous
- Comfortable supporting blue‑collar and manufacturing environments
- FMCG or manufacturing background desirable
- Gravitas to own work end‑to‑end and build trust
- Curious, solutions‑oriented and commercially minded
- Corporate maturity and absolute discretion with sensitive data
