    About the Role:
    Reporting directly into the Head of Remuneration & Benefits, this role is sitting within a highly dynamic and impressive people and culture team. Your new role will involve the design and implementation of remuneration & benefits frameworks that aligns to organisational goals and the provision of both strategic and tactical advice which enables the business to stay market competitive as it continues on its upward growth trajectory. 

    To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

    • Experience in a hands-on remuneration & benefits role, ideally within a large organisation;
    • Expertise in the design, development, and implementation of contemporary remuneration & benefits frameworks and programs;
    • Experience influencing executive-level management to build and implement remuneration solutions in line with business strategy;
    • The ability to flex between strategic and operational activity;
    • High levels of business acumen and commercial curiosity;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail;
    • Strong results orientation and delivery focus.
