Return to Work Coordinator - 6-month contract

Are you passionate about supporting injured employees in their journey back to work? We’re seeking a dedicated Return to Work Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract to help a close-knit team through a busy period.  

About the Role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage workers' compensation claims and facilitate safe, timely, and sustainable return-to-work outcomes for a national, multi-site business. 
Day to day, you will be responsible for: 

• End-to-end management of workers' compensation and rehabilitation cases
• Maintaining contact with injured employees.
• Ensuring all claims and claim files are maintained to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and statutory authorities.
• Developing and implementing return-to-work plans
• Liaising with medical professionals, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Providing expert advice and training on injury management

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Completed accredited Return to Work Coordinator (RTWC) course.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
