to join their Employee Engagement team.

About the Role
You will be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, delivering best-practice HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You will:
- Contribute to attraction and retention strategies, collaborating on employer branding and leading key initiatives.
- Support recruitment processes, including updating position descriptions, preparing advertisements and participating in selection panels.
- Coordinate and continually improve onboarding and induction processes ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Design and deliver professional learning sessions for leaders and promote ongoing development opportunities.
- Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects, including HRIS implementation, culture enhancement, diversity and organisational development.
- Provide expert advice on employment conditions, policy development and compliance with relevant legislation and industrial instruments.
- Manage casework and investigations related to employee relations, including performance and conduct matters.
- Coordinate wellbeing and engagement surveys and support action planning based on results.
- Optimise offboarding and exit processes, including interviews and reporting.
- Participate in OHS committees and coordinate return-to-work planning as needed.
- Provide data-driven HR analytics and reporting to inform effective decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within complex or educational environments.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment legislation and industrial relations.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Courage, curiosity and compassion in your approach to people and change.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or a related field.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel between sites and work outside standard hours when required.
