A 6-month contract opportunity has arisen for Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join the team.  Join a highly committed People and Culture team and become a key coach and advisor to line managers across the enterprise.  The role will also drive employee relations initiatives including policy framework, governance and compliance, complex case management and investigations, change management and consultation.
  
What they’re looking for?

• Relevant experience in a senior IR/ER advisory role, with a proven ability to develop effective strategies, solutions and interventions to address the full range of complex employee relations and industrial relations matters
• Experience in complex union environments, working across multiple EBAs and a diverse workforce
• Ability to manage legal claims and lead industrial disputes in external forums such as Fair Work, VCAT and other relevant Tribunals
