Lead HR in a hands-on, standalone role at a growing trucking & logistics company based onsite in Tottenham.

    Join a well-established logistics company with strong operations across Victoria and NSW. This full-time, onsite role based in Tottenham offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape HR in a fast-paced, operational environment.

    • Lead end-to-end HR generalist duties across the entire employee lifecycle
    • Manage Enterprise Agreement negotiations and employee/industrial relations
    • Oversee Health & Safety training and compliance to KPIs, and support Return to Work programs
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers, and drive leadership development for junior leaders
    • Lead recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar roles (including forklift and truck drivers)
    • Develop policies and procedures while ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Champion psychosocial safety initiatives and support managers through digital transformation of HRIS and payroll systems
    The opportunity:
    This is a newly created, standalone Senior HR Advisor role with part-time HR admin support. You’ll have the autonomy to embed consistent, values-led HR practices across multiple sites and be a trusted partner to frontline teams and leadership. You’ll be joining a friendly, experienced team that values long tenure and collaboration.

    You will bring:
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills; resilient and able to influence at all levels
    • Hands-on, visible approach; comfortable working directly within a blue-collar, operational environment
    • Practical and grounded style with the ability to build trust
    • Essential experience in employee relations, industrial relations, and Enterprise Agreement negotiations
    • Empathetic, people-first mindset with a strong values-driven approach
    • Blue-collar, industrial, or logistics experience preferred but not essential
    • Comfortable working in a standalone HR role with part-time admin support
    • Willingness to work onsite full-time in Tottenham, with some flexibility as needed
    • Formal HR qualifications are not essential
    Salary: $109,296 base salary plus 12% superannuation (total remuneration package $122,412)
