Your next role will see you reporting to a Head of P&C, planning and delivering on large-scale, high-impact organisational change. You will work collaboratively with the broader HR team, and directly with the business stakeholders, focusing on the support of the coordination and delivery across a number of broad streams of organisational transformation work.

About You:

- Experience in a HR business partnering or HR Projects capacity, with exposure to large-scale organisational change, within commercial corporate environments;
- Exposure to banking and finance is highly desirable;
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and partnering with leaders and the broader HR team;
- Exposure to restructuring, workplace transitions, organisational change, and transformation;
- Comfortable working within complex environments where there are conflicting priorities and skilled at bringing structure to remove ambiguity;
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience and influencing skills at all levels; and
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience.

$200000 - $220000
