Working within the business partnering team you will report into a high performing and commercial leader who is committed to aligning the people strategy to the business strategy.

This organisation is seeking a highly experienced, senior HR Business Partner to ensure the effective delivery of both strategic and operational HR services across a key client group. You will partner with highly respected business leaders through counselling, advice and coaching to deliver the full generalist remit. This role is partnering with a unionised, geographically dispersed workforce and requires experience in partnering with similar client groups previously.

This role is well suited to someone is a curious and passionate HR Business Partner who has excellent influencing skills and is a relationship-driven practitioner. 

You will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate:

- Significant experience as a HR Business Partner
- Experience working within complex, matrixed & contemporary environments
- Ability to build and leverage key relationships
- Ideally experience in partnering with commercially astute clients groups as well as experience within industrialised, blue collar environments 
- Strong experience within employee relations, leadership development, change management, culture and engagement
- Confidence and well developed consulting and problem solving skills
- Highly developed senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing typical HR cycles
- Can do, proactive desire to provide exceptional service to your clients
