    The Role:

    Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a talented and adaptive Senior HR Business Partner.  Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the strategic HR lead and trusted adviser, driving people outcomes across the employee lifecycle. This role is hands-on and proactive, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, moves easily in a fast-paced tech environment and is passionate about talent development, organisational change and operational excellence.

    You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, drive DEI initiatives, manage change at scale and mentor the broader HR team. Experience in tech, start-ups or gaming is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise and partner with senior leaders 
    • Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives
    • Lead talent development, coaching, and career progression initiatives
    • Drive organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
    • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance
    • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent
    • Use HR analytics to inform data-driven decisions and track workforce metrics
    • Lead HR projects to strengthen employee experience and company culture
    • Support change management as the organisation continues to scale globally
    About You:
    • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
    • Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
    • Proven experience managing Employee Relations
    • Knowledge of relevant employment law across jurisdictions
    • Hands-on use of HRIS and HR analytics tools
    • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced tech or gaming environments highly regarded
    • Superb stakeholder management, change agility and resilience under pressure
    • High integrity, exceptional communication and collaboration
