Senior HR Business Partner
Senior HR Business Partner
About the Role
This Senior HR Business Partner role sits within an evolving HR function focused on increasing strategic impact across the business. Partnering with two of the organisation’s most critical and complex areas — you’ll support approximately 200 employees across businesses that are central to future growth.
Designed to operate three steps ahead of the business, the role focuses on proactively identifying people and organisational opportunities that enable long-term success. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives over a 1–3 year horizon, while also managing day-to-day workforce and leadership matters where required.
The environment is global and matrixed, with significant change underway. You’ll lead and influence multi-year initiatives, support operating model evolution, coach senior leaders, and play a key role in cultural and leadership transformation.
About You
You are an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a strong track record supporting complex, senior stakeholder groups in fast-moving or regulated environments. You are comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when needed, and you bring credibility through strong commercial acumen and the effective use of data and insights.
You have demonstrated experience leading organisational change, influencing leaders, and embedding new ways of working. With a coaching mindset, you can challenge and support senior leaders to lift capability and performance. You thrive in matrixed, global environments, adapt easily to change, and are aligned to values-led, growth-focused cultures. Experience in financial services (or a similarly regulated industry), and exposure to innovation or technology such as AI in people practices, will be highly regarded.
What’s in it for You
This is a high-impact, senior HR role offering the opportunity to shape the people strategy for critical growth businesses. You’ll work closely with senior leaders who value strong, proactive HR partnership and provide scope to influence well beyond traditional BP boundaries.
You’ll contribute to enterprise-wide cultural and leadership evolution, engage in meaningful transformation work, and leave a lasting imprint on how the organisation delivers its strategy — all while being part of a collaborative, forward-looking HR team with access to global capability and expertise.
If you’re looking for a role where your thinking, influence, and execution truly matter — we’d love to hear from you.
