About the Role:
This Senior HR Business Partner role supports a dedicated portfolio across multiple functions. You’ll partner closely with a highly engaged senior leader who values strong HR guidance.
Your responsibilities will include however, are not limited to:
- Building trusted, day-to-day partnerships with operational leaders.
- Providing confident advice in a unionised environment, including EA interpretation.
- Preparing for and supporting upcoming bargaining discussions.
- Coaching leaders to strengthen performance, decision-making and people leadership.
- Contributing to the implementation of a new HRIS.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience partnering in unionised environments with confidence interpreting EAs.
- Strong IR/ER literacy.
- A hands‑on, relationship‑focused style.
- Sound judgement and a balance of pragmatism and compliance.
- A degree qualification and a valid driver’s licence.
