This role supports a geographically dispersed client group and operates as a true generalist HRBP. It blends operational delivery with strategic intent supporting leaders to achieve their goals while navigating the realities of a complex, fast‑moving environment.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and people managers, providing pragmatic advice and solutions across the full employee lifecycle.

You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and people managers, providing pragmatic advice and solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building manager capability in people leadership and performance management
- Coaching leaders on contemporary, practical HR practices
- Supporting the development and execution of people strategies aligned to business priorities
- Advising on organisational design, workforce planning and structural change
- Monitoring performance management processes and supporting effective outcomes
- Managing employee relations matters in partnership with leaders and senior HR
- Contributing to HR projects and change initiatives as required
- Being present in the business, including some travel Interstate
You’re an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working at the coalface of the business and building trust through action.
You’ll bring:
- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner within a large, complex organisation
- Strong, practical knowledge of employment law and HR frameworks
- The ability to influence and build productive relationships at all levels
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of operational realities
- A preference for operational HR work, with strategic thinking capability
- Experience supporting change initiatives (highly regarded)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
- A full Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
