Senior HRBP with focus on supporting Sales, Product and Marketing during shift to solutions-based selling approach. 5 days on-site and regular travel.
A highly successful Australian electronics organisation is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to work directly with the Chief People Officer and Executive leaders across Sales, Marketing and Product.
This is a strategic, business‑facing role supporting a period of significant commercial and cultural evolution, as the organisation shifts its customer engagement model and prepares for rapid growth. The role is not static; success will depend on the ability to operate without a fixed blueprint, shape the remit over time, and partner leaders through complexity.
Role Scope and Focus
Please note this role is minimum 4 days on site in Hawthorn and interstate travel monthly is required. Flexibility is provided but given the nature of your engagement with the ELT and as a key business leader, you'll need to be on site more often than not.

Role Scope and Focus
- Act as a trusted advisor to Executive and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing and Product, aligning people strategy to evolving commercial priorities.
- Partner with leaders to identify organisational, capability and performance challenges arising from changes to customer engagement, go‑to‑market models and product strategy.
- Design and deliver people solutions that support high performance, accountability and leadership effectiveness at scale.
- Lead organisational effectiveness initiatives including role clarity, organisation design, performance frameworks and leadership capability uplift.
- Work with leaders to identify which cultural elements must be preserved as the organisation grows, and where historical practices need to be constructively challenged to sustain engagement and performance.
- Influence leaders with established ways of working, balancing respect for legacy with the need for change.
- Operate comfortably in ambiguity, iterating solutions as the business strategy and operating model continue to evolve.
- Senior HR Business Partner experience within commercial or product‑led environments. Industry experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or something comparable is preferred.
- Previous experience in high-growth environments is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated capability partnering with Sales, Marketing and/or Product functions.
- Strong commercial acumen and credibility with Executive stakeholders.
- Experience driving performance, capability and culture through periods of growth and change.
- Comfortable working without a fully defined role scope and shaping outcomes through influence rather than authority.
- Pragmatic, resilient and confident in challenging constructively while maintaining strong relationships.
