    Our client is a well established organisation operating in a regulated corporate environment and they are known for their stable leadership team and operations, strong values, and collaborative culture where people are genuinely respected and supported.

    The People and Culture team is a tight knit, credible, and highly regarded by the business and business leaders. Due to evolving organisational priorities and a number of internal initiatives, the business is now seeking an experienced HR professional to join the team on an initial contract as a Senior HR BP. 

    About the Role:

    This is a senior HR Business Partner contract designed to provide additional capability within a lean People and Culture team during a period of operational demand and organisational change.

    Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role will operate as a senior generalist HR partner working closely with the People Operations team and supporting senior leaders across the organisation. The position will play an important role in maintaining momentum across a range of people initiatives while also providing hands on HR delivery across the employee lifecycle.

    This opportunity will suit a versatile and commercially minded HR practitioner who is comfortable operating in a lean team where flexibility, maturity and strong stakeholder relationships are critical.

    About You:

    You are an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist who brings strong commercial judgement and the ability to quickly build credibility with leaders.

    You are comfortable operating across the full employee lifecycle and have the confidence to manage a mix of operational delivery, advisory work and project based initiatives. You understand how to balance relationship based business partnering with practical execution and enjoy working in environments where you can take ownership and deliver outcomes.

    Your background may include experience within professional services, financial services, corporate or other regulated environments where strong governance and stakeholder engagement are important.

    You will bring:
    • Strong HR Business Partner or senior generalist experience within a corporate environment.
    • Broad experience across all HR functions, such as talent acquisition, remuneration, employee relations, capability and knowledge of Australian employment legislation. 
    • HR Projects and Org Change an advantage as well as experience being able to operate within ambiguity and changing environments. 
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
    • The ability to work collaborative, with credibility, within evolving organisational priorities.
    • A pragmatic and solutions focused approach to HR delivery.
