    The opportunity:

    As the Senior HR and Data Analyst, you will be a critical enabler of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the People & Culture function.

    You will serve as the first line of support for all People & Culture systems, including but not limited to the HRIS, Payroll, and Jira Service
    Management. This role combines advanced analytics with hands-on systems ownership.

    You will be responsible for managing day-to-day system configuration requests, ensuring data integrity and compliance, leading access reviews, and supporting system governance processes.

    In parallel, you will analyse workforce data, build dashboards, and support strategic HR initiatives through evidence-based insights.

    This role requires strong technical proficiency, stakeholder engagement, and a
    passion for driving impact through data and systems.

    You will bring:

    With experience in a high growth environment, ideally in the Entertainment or Technology industries you will be also bring:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related
    field (Master’s degree preferred)

    ● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a similar data-focused HR role
    ● Proven experience working with HRIS systems and survey platforms, with strong knowledge of configuration best practices
    ● Demonstrated ability to manage and integrate multiple HR systems and tools effectively
    ● Strong experience handling and analysing large HR datasets, including data extraction, cleansing,
    and manipulation
    ● Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data management and reporting
    ● Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
    ● Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite, particularly JIRA and Confluence
    ● Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
    ● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear, actionable way
