  • About the Organisation:
    We are partnering with a leading organisation in their field and a genuinely great place to work. This company is experiencing significant growth and exciting transformation, and they are now looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their team.
     
    About the Role:
    Reporting into the Head of HR, A&NZ, the Senior HR Manager will assist in developing and driving the implementation of the A&NZ People and Culture strategy. There will be an initial focus on embedding the integration of two businesses and you will work with the team to drive the integration, particularly around combining HR frameworks and ongoing cultural integration.

    Working within a small and highly collaborative HR team, this will be an all-encompassing Senior HR Manager role where you will partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team to embed the people & culture initiatives and partner across all HR activities including organisational design, workforce planning, talent and leadership development, coaching, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance and reward.

    About You:
    The successful candidate will ideally have at least 10 years' experience in a HR Business Partnering/Manager role and broad HR generalist experience within a corporate environment ideally across banking, finance, professional services and/or property. Candidates must have demonstrated experience across change, transformation and integrations. You will also have a genuine interest and demonstrated experience in Learning and Leadership Development. 

    Candidates will need to demonstrate a strong commercial business partnering approach and will need to be credible with confidence, substance, authenticity and executive presence. Key to your success will be your ability to partner with executives as well as exhibit strong execution/project management skills. Also, critical will be your level of adaptability, resilience and ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced and high-performing environment.
