A market leading organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Learning Systems Administrator, to support the configuration, optimisation, and daily operation of its enterprise learning systems—primarily SuccessFactors.
This is a pivotal support role that underpins the success of large-scale, self-paced online learning and national onboarding initiatives across large, complex, multi-site workforce.
This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, with a chance to extend or go permanent. Availability to start immediately is highly desirable. Working from home flexiblity, with 2-3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide BAU support to the existing Learning & Development Team; organise and manage logistics for essential training programs.
- Administer and improve the effectiveness and use of the organisation’s Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) and other systems that are involved with digital and online learning across all training and induction.
- Manage a high-volume national L&D inbox, triaging and resolving incoming queries from a 6,000-strong workforce.
- Support the rollout of new training programs and business-wide L&D initiatives.
- Monitor course enrolments, completions, and assessment results; ensure accurate data reporting and recordkeeping.
- Coordinate self-paced onboarding and compliance-related learning pathways.
- Help configure frameworks related to Quality Standards and sector-specific regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external learning vendors and platforms; participate in vendor reviews and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain LMS user guides, FAQs, and training resources to support learners
- Experience supporting L&D, HR, or training teams in large complex national businesses, that are within highly regulated and compliance-heavy sectors.
- Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors LMS experience highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems, eLearning platforms and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and systems configuration skills.
- Able to manage high volumes of administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Proactive and improvement-focused with a pragmatic, can-do approach.
