    The Role

    As Senior Manager, Business Partners, you will lead the evolution of People and Culture partnering in a complex, growth-focused environment. This role is all about building capability, embedding a clear partnering model and fostering a high-performing workplace.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Champion contemporary People & Culture business partnering to enable senior leaders to deliver organisational goals.
    • Drive people planning cycles and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Lead a talented team focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
    • Guide organisational change with a people-centric approach, supporting enterprise compliance.
    • Partner with Employee Relations to support a constructive employee experience and manage risk.
    • Model transformational leadership ,  inspiring trust, collaboration and improvement.
    About You
    • Significant experience leading HR Business Partnering at a strategic level.
    • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with executive stakeholders.
    • Expertise in organisational change, capability development and people planning.
    • Sound understanding of employment law, industrial relations and contemporary HR practices.
    • High-level communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence
    • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or related field preferred.
    • Experience in government or large, complex environments highly valued.
