  • Our client is a large, global organisation operating within a complex, project driven environment. With a strong reputation for delivering large scale, high value programs, this market leading business operates across multiple regions and employs a highly skilled, qualified, high-performance, multi-site corporate workforce.

    Due to some moving parts within the broader team, our client is now forecasting and preparing for a new phase of growth, driven by a strong pipeline and long term investment. The culture is commercially focused, collaborative and pragmatic, with an expectation that leaders are hands on, adaptable and capable of operating in fast paced and evolving environments.

    About the Role:

    This is a senior level opportunity to step into a critical role within the People function, supporting the delivery of key talent, leadership and organisational development initiatives across the Australian business.

    Operating within a lean and evolving team, you will take ownership of core people frameworks including performance and goal setting, year end review processes, leadership capability uplift and broader organisational development programs. You will play a key role in shaping talent strategy, identifying capability gaps and designing targeted development initiatives aligned to business priorities.

    The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands on delivery, with the ability to move between designing frameworks and executing outcomes. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders, providing insights, guidance and solutions that enhance performance, engagement and capability across a dispersed workforce.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading and delivering talent management, leadership development and succession planning initiatives across the business
    • Driving continuous improvement of the performance cycle, ensuring alignment with broader talent and organisational development strategies
    • Designing and implementing leadership programs and capability frameworks for current and emerging leaders
    • Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted development solutions
    • Supporting high performing teams through team effectiveness initiatives, workshops and diagnostics
    • Providing data driven insights, reporting and recommendations to inform talent and performance decisions
    • Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to deliver high quality learning and development outcomes
    • Contributing to a culture of continuous learning, development and high performance
    About You:

    You are an experienced Senior Organisational Development manager, who's hands on with a strong track record operating in commercial, complex, global matrixed environments. You bring depth across OD, talent management, leadership development, culture, and performance frameworks, combined with the ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced and changing environment.

    You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving initiatives that have a tangible impact on organisational performance. You are equally comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, and enjoy the end-to-end individual contributor when it comes to directly rolling out initiatives to the business and through the broader People & Culture team.
