Senior Payroll Officer (3 months)

In between roles and looking for a contract? If so, then this initial 3 month opportunity with a well known organisation may fit the bill.

With a workforce of 1500 team members, your role will be to jump in and support with fortnightly pays within an established payroll team, where everything you need is at your finger tips - good systems, well documented processes, policies and procedures so you will be set up for success from the get go.

There are 2 Enterprise Agreements in play and as some of the workforce are out in the field, there is overtime and allowances to work through as well. There is also some time and attendance activities as part of the remit of the role.

CHRIS21 and Kronos are the main systems used, and you will need to have a combination of both systems to be considered given the immediate nature of the need.

We're looking for someone is has a strong payroll background, with experience supporting a diverse workforce.

You will join a friendly and supportive payroll team environment that is part of a broader People Systems & Reporting group.

Hybrid working arrangements include being in the office 5 days per fortnight, so a nice 50/50 split between being in the office and working from home.
