Senior People and Culture Business Partner

The Role

We are seeking a Senior People and Culture Business Partner to partner with the site leadership team to support a high-performing, fast-paced, and commercially driven part of the organisation. The role is based across multiple sites in the South Eastern Suburbs and will form a key part of the site leadership team, providing strategic and operational HR support.

You will work closely with senior leaders, providing commercially focused HR advice, coaching, and support to ensure the business meets its objectives while continuing to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM and site leadership teams to drive people initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Lead and support on workforce planning, talent development, engagement, and performance.
• Guide and coach leaders across a variety of employee relations matters.
• Drive culture, engagement, and leadership capability uplift
• Contribute to broader People projects (e.g. EVP, systems rollout, LinkedIn Learning, bonus leave initiatives).
• Support recruitment and workforce planning in a lean, high-growth environment.

• Strong HR Generalist experience, working across all facets of the employee life cycle. You will need to be comfortable being hands-on. 
• Ideally have experience working within FMCG.
• Brings a commercial mindset and can engage confidently with senior leaders.
• Naturally curious, energetic, and thrives in a pacey environment
• Can build relationships quickly, influence, and hold their own with strong business leaders
• Experience working in unionised environments.
