The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior People and Culture Manager to join the newly created Partnering Team.
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture Partnering, you’ll lead a team of People and Culture Partners. The role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, organisational design and transformational change across growth channels and enabling functions (Finance, IT, Legal, P+C, Operational Excellence). Your impact will be felt through coaching, operational support, data-led decision making and spearheading cultural and performance transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 3 People and Culture Partners
- Build influential partnerships with senior business leaders to shape organisational strategy
- Be a strategic business partner to our Growth Channels & Customer Supply Chain leadership
- Deliver People and Culture partnering activities across branded business and enabling functions
- Use analytics and insights to continuously improve people practices
- Manage transformational change projects and embed desired culture and behaviours
- Champion collaborative, values-led HR practice within a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Proven HR Business Partner and/or Organisational Development experience, ideally within FMCG or complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong commercial acumen and employee relations expertise
- Demonstrated history of driving accountability and cross-functional collaboration
- Skilled in leading change and transformation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
- People leadership experience highly regarded
