    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled People & Culture Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance in employee relations, learning, change management, and people strategy. This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact as part of a values-driven organisation with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and growth.

    • Advise and coach senior stakeholders, people leaders, and team members on a range of complex employee relations matters
    • Ensure compliance with employee relations legislation, policies, and practices
    • Manage employee relations issues and use data to drive people performance outcomes
    • Support key people initiatives: performance reviews, reward cycles, engagement surveys
    • Collaborate with business areas to deliver change management and organisational transformation
    • Design and facilitate effective learning and development programs
    • Continuously improve processes and seek out best practices and new approaches
    What You'll Bring:
    • Experience as a Senior HR business partner supporting diverse stakeholder groups
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including exposure to executive leadership
    • In-depth knowledge of employee relations and contemporary people practices
    • Demonstrated capability in organisational and leadership development
    • Skilled in change management methodologies (certification such as Prosci/Kotter highly regarded)
    • Highly effective communicator, facilitator, and confident presenter
    • Experience with HR technology and analytics tools
    • Tertiary qualification in HR, business or related field required
