Senior People Partner

An exceptional opportunity exists for a Senior People Partner to take on a critical, embedded role within a dedicated corporate portfolio for an initial 14 month contract.

This isn’t your typical HR Business Partner position. The role is ideal for someone looking to stretch into greater strategic influence without necessarily taking on a formal Head of HR title.

Partnering with a high performing leadership team, someone who thrives in Agile, collaborative and fluid environments and can act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change agent across senior levels of the business.
  
   
About the role

• Empowering people leaders to lead independently and reduce reliance on People & Culture.
• Designing and enabling Agile, high-performing squad structures
• Sitting on the Portfolio LT to support decision-making and drive leadership effectiveness
• Leading core HR initiatives: performance, leadership development, people capability uplift
• Coaching and mentoring other People Advisors across the business
• Driving forward strategic projects related to the future of work—including internal mobility and post–four-day week planning

• Proven HR background across diverse sectors (e.g., corporate services, tech, frontline operations)
• Embedded HR partnering experience at senior leadership levels
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and autonomous settings
• Strategic, forward-thinking, and contemporary in approach
• Flexible, adaptable, and grounded in a people-first philosophy
• Natural coach and collaborator, with strong influencing skills—even without formal authority
• Non-hierarchical, relational, and a champion of modern ways of working
