A mix of work means that you could come from a BP or OD background to deliver meaningful change!
Senior PX Business Partner
Senior PX Business Partner
Step into a high-impact, business-embedded role during a pivotal period of growth and change for an 11 month parental leave contract.
As the Senior PX Business Partner you’ll work closely with a Regional Executive overseeing a 140-strong team across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, delivering large-scale SaaS implementations. These are complex, long-cycle projects that require exceptional stakeholder management and a nuanced understanding of workforce needs in technical delivery environments.
This is more than just a backfill.
With a new CPO launching a refreshed global People strategy, a regional organisational restructure underway, and a strong appetite for change, this role offers genuine scope to influence how leadership, workforce planning, and performance are done across APAC.
You’ll be a trusted coach, advisor, and strategic partner to the Regional Executive and their largely new leadership team — supporting their growth and helping drive a shift from reactive to deliberate and scalable people practices.
About the role
- Partnering with the Regional Executive and their LT to uplift leadership capability and delivery performance
- Advising on workforce planning and helping leaders proactively plan for resource and capability needs
- Providing coaching, support and leadership guidance to technically minded managers and new leaders
- Supporting organisation design, change planning, and translating strategic decisions into practical execution
- Delivering key People & Culture cycles in the region (e.g. performance, engagement), tailored to local needs
- Leading and supporting people initiatives within the region, including communication and engagement
- Acting as a people voice in business forums, planning sessions and operational conversations
- Informally leading the APAC PX team by sharing business context and connecting the dots
About You
- A seasoned People Partner or OD specialist who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments
- Experienced working with technical teams or in project-heavy, long-cycle delivery environments would be ideal
- Confident coaching senior leaders — especially those newer to people leadership
- Pragmatic, grounded and influential without being preachy
- Collaborative, solutions-focused and driven to help others work smarter and lead better
- A calm and composed presence during times of change, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
