  • This ASX-listed organisation is seeking a Senior Reward Specialist to own the design and delivery of performance and reward programs across Australia & New Zealand. Working in a small, highly collaborative team, this is a rare opportunity to take full accountability for the reward portfolio, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

    If you enjoy being in the data, solving problems, and telling a compelling story with insights, this role will give you the autonomy and exposure to take ownership of regional reward program while also allowing growth and stretch as you support reward outcomes across a global remit.

    About the Role:
    Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, you will:

    • Lead and deliver all aspects of the ANZ reward program including salary review, job evaluations and benchmarking, STIs, reporting, and performance.
    • Work closely with the Global Head of Reward across a broad and global reward environment that includes LTIs and equity, and mobility.
    • Analyse and interpret data to provide insights, identify trends, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including WGEA and gender pay equity reporting.
    • Continuously improve processes, trackers and reporting to increase accuracy, efficiency and stakeholder confidence.
    About You
    We are seeking an experienced Reward or Remuneration & Benefits professional who thrives on detail, data integrity and stakeholder engagement.

    You will bring:
    • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with the capability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
    • A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work that is “board-ready.”
    • Strong systems mindset with the ability to follow and improve standard operating processes.
    • ASX-listed experience and Hay/Korn Ferry job evaluation knowledge are highly regarded but not essential.
