    As Strategic People Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and a cross-functional global portfolio to shape and deliver strategic HR solutions aligned to business priorities. This role is pivotal in driving the refreshed People Strategy, contributing to workforce design, and embedding impactful people practices that enable transformation and high performance. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, applying a strategic lens to everything from workforce planning to change management and leadership development.

    About the role:

    • Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that align with organisational objectives.
    • Lead initiatives that deliver on strategic workforce planning, organisational design, and capability development.
    • Provide expert guidance on leadership, talent, and performance to lift engagement and drive high-performing teams.
    • Use data-driven insights to influence business decisions and workforce solutions.
    • Support cultural change initiatives and champion the employee experience across a global portfolio.
    About You:

    You are a seasoned HR partner with the ability to influence at all levels. You bring a steady, informed perspective to complex challenges and are skilled at guiding leaders toward effective, people-focused outcomes.

    • A consultative, solutions-oriented approach, balancing commercial acumen with empathy and pragmatism.

    • A capacity to work autonomously with initiative and sound judgement yet thrive in a collaborative team environment where knowledge-sharing and cross-functional partnerships are valued.

    Located in Melbourne's CBD, you will have the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid model.
