Strategic People Partner

One of Australia's great growth stories, this large, values-led ASX lister is seeking an innovative HR Leader to help shape the future of its national workforce. Operating across multiple locations and with a broad, community-focused remit, this organisation is investing in people, capability, and cultural transformation to meet the demands of a complex, regulated environment.

This role will focus on delivering integrated, future focused people solutions that enhance the employee experience, uplift workforce capability, and enable long-term organisational performance through structure and technology enablement. Working closely with leaders and collegues in HR, you’ll lead initiatives spanning strategic workforce planning, leadership development, learning, cultural change, and talent and succession strategies. Your work will help strengthen connection, performance and resilience across a diverse operational workforce.

We’re looking for a strategic people partner with demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-level people strategies across complex or distributed organisations in public, NFP or private sectors. Experience in organisational design, capability development and a future orientation around workforce/ technology integration is a must.  You’ll be a commercially minded, systems-thinker, who is confident navigating ambiguity and change. Strong influencing skills, deep stakeholder alignment, and an ability to translate business strategy into practical people solutions will be critical to your success.
