We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruitment across multiple operational sites. This role is part of a broader project that’s scaling seasonal hiring efforts, with a high-volume of roles to be filled.Based in Adelaide’s CBD office, you’ll work with a supportive and energetic team that values collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

About the Role:

• Proactive screening, interviewing, and data gathering.
• Manage end to end  recruitment for operational and seasonal roles across multiple locations
• Collaborates with HRBPs, site managers, and business stakeholders
• Travell will be required to operational sites 

• A “real doer” mindset, ready to dive into detail and navigate complexity
• A great attitude, resilience, and adaptability to change
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to connect, influence, and build relationships across all levels
• Experience in high-volume or operational recruitment is a bonus
• Proficiency with ATS (SuccessFactors) and excel is a plus
