Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role involves overseeing multiple vacancies at a time, managing systems, partnering closely with hiring managers, & providing strategic recruitment advice.
About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role within the P&C team and will be responsible for:
- Managing the end to end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer
- Overseeing recruitment systems
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and agency partners
- Managing recruitment budgets
- Maintaining candidate documentation and information
- Maintaining an active LinkedIn presence
- Providing strategic hiring advice to stakeholders
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- 5+ years Corporate internal Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within agile environments, Professional services or similar is preferable
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to business needs
- Familiarity with different ATS's including Page Up & SuccessFactors will be advantageous
