Due to a period of growth and transformation, this high-profile financial services organisation is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team for an initial 3-month fixed-term contract. As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders to advise on and manage the recruitment process for new talent within their teams.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment processes, promoting the organisation's EVP.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by giving timely feedback and guiding them throughout their application journey.
- Developing active talent pools to ensure current and future recruitment needs can be addressed in a timely manner.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process such as coaching hiring managers, managing the onboarding process & conducting compliance checks.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience recruiting within Professional or Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to think strategically about future business needs.
- Experience using Workday is an advantage.
- Be highly organised and be able to manage competing priorities in a professional and timely manner.
