    We are partnering with a values-driven professional services firm to appoint a Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Business Partner. This senior delivery role sits within a lean People & Culture team, reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with Directors and senior leaders.

    The role owns end-to-end recruitment (70%) and drives onboarding, induction, and employee experience (30%), making it perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, influence, and hands-on delivery. You’ll play a key role in attracting and securing top-tier professional services talent in a competitive market.

    Key Responsibilities
    Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
    • Own end-to-end recruitment across the business, from graduates through to senior managers and Directors
    • Partner with Directors and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
    • Proactively source and headhunt talent in hard-to-fill areas
    • Develop and refine recruitment processes, including advertising, sourcing strategies, referrals, and talent pooling
    • Prepare compelling, on-brand job advertisements aligned to the firm’s EVP
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, offers, contracts, and pre-employment checks
    • Optimise and embed the ATS (HiBob), recruitment reporting, and compliance
    • Promote and leverage the internal referral program
    Graduate & Early Careers
    • Manage graduate and internship recruitment programs (multiple intakes per year)
    • Build relationships with universities, career services, and professional bodies
    • Coordinate campaigns, assessments, offers, and candidate communications
    • Act as the primary point of contact for graduates and interns
    Onboarding & Employee Experience
    • Own onboarding from offer acceptance through commencement
    • Deliver structured, high-touch induction programs
    • Partner with leaders to ensure successful integration of new hires and acquisition employees
    • Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys
    • Maintain core HR administration including employee files, probation reviews, and org charts
    Employer Branding & Continuous Improvement
    • Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Contribute to evolving the Employer Value Proposition
    • Partner with marketing on careers content and attraction campaigns
    About You
    • ~5 years’ experience in senior Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR
    • Strong end-to-end recruitment capability, including proactive sourcing and headhunting
    • Experience in professional services (accounting or similar strongly preferred)
    • Comfortable operating autonomously in a high-growth, changing environment
    • Hands-on and pragmatic - happy to manage both strategy and administration
    • Proven experience building or improving recruitment, onboarding, or graduate programs
    • Confident stakeholder manager, able to partner with senior leaders and Directors
    • Experience with LinkedIn, SEEK, and ATS platforms (HiBob highly regarded)
    • Interest in developing broader HR capability over time
