About the Organisation:
Our client is an innovative financial services firm in Sydney's CBD. The business is growing rapidly and is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for a 6-month contract.
About the Role:
This newly created role reports to the Chief People Officer and sits within a small, agile HR team. You will recruit talent into the business while building the frameworks and processes needed to support ongoing growth. It offers a genuine start-up style opportunity where you will work closely with a strong leader, shape the function and stay hands-on in supporting managers with their recruitment needs.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience building a talent acquisition function from the ground up, developing practical recruitment strategies that support business outcomes, and delivering end-to-end recruitment. With a commercial approach, you will have previously shaped efficient talent management processes and integrated recruitment activity into systems. Strong stakeholder skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across the business

- Establish and socialise recruitment practices and processes
- Create position descriptions, templates, interview guides and post‑placement check steps
- Build internal and external partnerships that support the talent acquisition and talent management framework
- Develop and update the corporate careers site and portal
- Review and manage agency agreements
