Talent Attraction Business Partner

Talent Attraction Business Partner

Partner with a national business to deliver impactful recruitment across a diverse portfolio in a collaborative, values-led team

  • Melbourne CBD location - three days onsite, two days from home
  • End-to-end recruitment with a strong stakeholder partnering focus
  • Purpose-led organisation with strong values and national reach

  • Step into a true Talent Partnering role with a global agribusiness and manufacturing leader — where you’ll shape hiring outcomes, build strategic talent pipelines, and make a real impact across rural and regional Australia.

Tandem Partners are proud to be partnering with a national leader in the agriculture and manufacturing industry as they continue to grow and evolve their operations across Australia.

    The Opportunity:
As Talent Attraction Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving strategic recruitment outcomes through strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, and core divisions including supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing.

This is not just a transactional recruitment role - it's a true talent partnering opportunity, where you'll advise, influence, and guide stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality hires. You’ll manage roles ranging from frontline retail and logistics to insurance and commercial vacancies.

Working in a collaborative, tight-knit Talent team, you’ll enjoy autonomy, variety, and the chance to make a real impact. The role is based in Melbourne’s CBD, with a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), and requires occasional travel interstate to visit sites or attend career events (approx. 4–5 trips annually).

    What You'll Bring:

    • 4–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 in an end-to-end capacity
    • A consultative, partnership-based approach to recruitment
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Experience working across a mix of blue- and white-collar roles
    • Resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
    • Sector experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or mining (advantageous but not essential)
    Why Join This Business:
You'll be joining an organisation with deep roots in rural Australia and a forward-looking approach to sustainability and digital transformation. It’s a values-driven business where relationships, community, and practical impact matter.

    Benefits Include:
    • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
    • Competitive retirement programs
    • Paid maternity, paternity, and personal leave
    • Vacation, holiday, and sick leave entitlements
    • Tuition assistance and professional development support
    • Access to employee and family assistance programs
    • Volunteer paid time off
If you're passionate about building trusted partnerships and delivering meaningful recruitment outcomes in a business that genuinely values its people -  we’d love to hear from you.
