Training Advisor
Training Advisor
Lead the design of a national training program in a critical operational industry.
Tandem Partners are excited to be partnering with a specialist operator within Australia’s fuel and bulk liquid supply chain, who are seeking a Training Advisor to join its Health & Safety function in a newly created role.
This organisation manages critical fuel terminal and storage infrastructure across the country, supporting major energy providers and ensuring the safe, efficient movement of fuel to service stations, airports and industrial customers.
With a national footprint and a predominantly field-based workforce, this role offers a rare opportunity to build and own a training framework from the ground up in a high-risk, operational environment.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, this role sits within a collaborative HSE team and operates with a high level of autonomy. The Training Advisor will be responsible for establishing a coordinated, compliant and future-focused training framework across approximately 20 sites nationwide.
While technical training delivery is conducted by internal subject matter experts, this role provides the structure, governance and long-term planning required to move training from a reactive state to a strategic, business-enabling function.
This position is based in Melbourne CBD with monthly travel to sites across Australia (all travel covered).
