    About the Role:

    Reporting to a senior leader, this role offers the opportunity to work independently while playing a critical part in shaping and maintaining a compliant, fair, and progressive workplace. You’ll be the go-to expert for complex case management, policy development and union engagement.

    • Manage a diverse caseload including psychosocial issues, grievances, and performance matters
    • Ensure compliance with legislative changes and enterprise agreement requirements
    • Partner with unions and internal stakeholders on sensitive and strategic matters
    • Review and develop workplace relations policies and processes
    • Contribute to broader workplace relations projects
    About You:
       
    You bring around 10 years of experience in workplace relations within large, complex environments. You’re confident navigating unionised settings—whether blue or white collar—and thrive in high-stakes, high-volume environments. Your approach is strategic, compliant, and people focused.
      
    What You’ll Need:
    • Proven experience in complex case management, policy development and union engagement
    • Strong understanding of employment law and enterprise agreements
    • Ability to work autonomously and influence at senior levels
    • Experience in managing psychosocial risk and misconduct matters
    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
