ER Advisor – 6-Month Contract (Melbourne / Hybrid)
Are you an experienced ER professional looking for a hands-on, advisory role with one of Australia’s leading online entertainment and digital wagering businesses? We’re seeking an ER Advisor on a 6-month contract (potential to extend to 12 months).
The Role
This is a practical, case management-focused position. You’ll work closely with the ER Lead and senior HR leadership, supporting low to mid-level misconduct cases and formal performance processes, including warnings and disciplinary outcomes. You’ll also provide guidance to People Ops colleagues on employment obligations, modern awards, and workforce matters.
This is not a senior strategic role - it’s focussed on end-to-end case management and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of ER cases
- Handling low to mid-level misconduct matters
- Managing formal performance processes (warnings, disciplinary outcomes)
- Providing practical advisory support across modern awards, employment obligations, and workforce matters
- Educating and supporting People Ops / HR stakeholders as needed
- Collaborating closely with ER leadership to manage workload
- Experience working in a medium to large enterprise
- Strong end-to-end ER case management experience
- Experience managing award-covered workforces
- Exposure to complex workforce structures, including contractors or contingent staff
- Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment
- $120k total package (including super)
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, Melbourne-based
- 6-month contract, with potential to extend
