Tandem Partners and Rockmouse, in partnership with Salesforce, recently hosted the latest Tandem Talks session, bringing together senior HR and People & Culture leaders to explore a key question organisations are facing today: how to move from AI pilots to true workforce transformation.
The session focused on the gap between experimentation and real impact. While AI technology continues to advance rapidly, the discussion highlighted that the bigger challenge sits with people, leadership, culture and governance.
