    The Head of People ANZ plays a critical role in supporting growth, building capability and ensuring the people agenda is tightly aligned to business priorities.

    This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys sitting at the executive table while staying close to the day‑to‑day realities of the business.

    The role

    Reporting to a senior executive, you’ll lead the ANZ people function and partner closely with the regional leadership team to shape and deliver the people agenda.

    You’ll oversee a multi‑disciplinary team covering business partnering, advisory, learning, systems and talent sourcing. Your focus will be on building a high‑performing, commercially relevant people function that enables leaders, simplifies processes and supports sustainable growth.

    This role will suit a confident, pragmatic people leader who combines strategic thinking with operational follow‑through.
    What you’ll be doing
    • Leading and developing the ANZ people function, setting direction and driving accountability
    • Partnering with executive leaders to shape and deliver the people agenda
    • Driving priorities across talent attraction, leadership development and workforce planning
    • Supporting business growth initiatives, including capability uplift and integration activity
    • Simplifying people processes to improve efficiency and reduce friction for leaders
    • Acting as a visible, values‑led leader across the organisation
    About you

    You’re an experienced Head of People or Senior HR Manager who brings credibility, judgement and calm leadership to complex environments.
    You’re comfortable influencing at executive level, yet practical and grounded in how you deliver outcomes. You enjoy building capable teams, creating clarity, and helping leaders perform at their best.

    You’ll likely bring:
    • Proven experience leading a broad people function
    • Strong executive‑level stakeholder partnering capability
    • A hands‑on, commercially minded leadership style
    • Solid employee relations experience and sound judgement
    • Experience in professional services or service‑led environments 
    • A collaborative, values‑driven approach with energy and resilience
