About the Role:
This is a hands‑on HR Advisor role with scope to initially operate at Senior HR Coordinator level and progress quickly for the right candidate.
- The role has a strong focus on end‑to‑end recruitment ownership, particularly lateral hiring and campus recruitment programs.
- Campus intakes are typically small (3–4 hires annually) but require detailed planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- The role also provides broad HR generalist exposure, including employee lifecycle support, performance management, ER matters, and People & Culture initiatives.
About You:
- Experience in HR coordination, HR advisory, or generalist HR roles
- Strong exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally including campus or graduate programs.
- Experience working in professional services or a high‑performance, fast‑paced environment
- Confidence supporting performance management processes
- Strong attention to detail, resilience, and the confidence to appropriately challenge stakeholders
- Experience supporting investigations, restructures, or redundancies will be viewed favourably for candidates targeting the upper end of the salary range.
- Systems exposure to PeopleSoft and Taleo or Workday would be ideal.
- Hybrid working environment. In‑office requirement every Friday, with a preference for 1–2 additional office days per week.
- Occasional travel to Melbourne (up to twice per year) for campus events or strategy sessions
